I think it is mysterious, it stands for china and stands for Chinese personalities. Some people will perform gently and softly but there is great power under their performance.tai chi is a martial art that can defeat others with  very soft and gentle movements.
It is like the movements of the ___?
Yes , because it get the point to control your strength and beat your weakness.
I think tai chi is similar to yoga.
Kinds of. Yogo help you relax your body and your muscles but tai chi is divided into two parts. There is one kind to help you relax your body but the other one is used to fight with others.
Like self-defense, right?
You can see the second kind of tai chi in many movies such as the matrix and kungfu panda.
Actually I am a big fan of martial art.
Really, I am too. Which one do you prefer?
I like taekwondo, It looks like very cool. I like Jiu-Jitsu(巴西柔术), you know grabing everthing is really cool.
Another one is Capoeira, I like Capoeira because it is unique like dancing.
It is like a brazil martial art. 
It is fierce and sometime it can kill people.
 But it is really coo. It is like dancing.
Yes my trainer told me that this one is the most scaring one and you should prevent to fight such a player. He cites an example to us, if you want to beat somebody, maybe taekwondo will beat your head with your legs, but capoeira will choose anther way to beat them. They will grab your head and push it to the ground.
Yes there are some movies about capoeira are really deadly which flying kites and sparrow kites. They are so deadly because sometimes they can break your necks.

No, capoeira is a martial art I didn’t play a lot.

It is a kind of fist. Mostly use the fist. Actually in china we call yong chun. It is a little hard for foreigner to pronounce like this.
I like this one because it is really graceful actually the movement of the hand and the principle of the martial art. Because defence is more effective than offese. This martial art sometimes means doing defense sometimes meaning offese. And I think it become popular because ye wen.

本节课的收获：说话非常流利，预习虽然不是很充分，但是心情很好，而且非常专注，智商在线，脑子里在组句时跳出了一些很恰当但是可能平时记不住的单词，非常惊喜！！所以能说出自己想说的东西，在课程的前一半一直在聊各种武术，有共同语言，虽然有些单词不明白，但是可以清晰的提问和应对。 
昨天参加了英语精英班的面试，非常流利的应对，很有自信，老师也很满意，应该是稳过的，今天和组员排练英语剧时，发现自己对英语的反应就像对母语一样，不会去特意想怎么翻，而是张口就来，就算有时的单词比较幼稚，但是对于英语的反应速度很快。
不足：对于一些词语要使用还是有难度，英语不能坐吃山空，要多听多看多背单词。马上就要四级了，快点背单词！！！听力的news部分比较糟糕，注意用语速较快，不是那么正式清晰的新闻报道。

不足：对于一些词语要使用还是有难度，比如“暗示”，“自负”，“伟大的”这样一些比较简答的词汇，还是要想挺久或者用电子词典查询。要多用，而且要复习。

很久没做任务了，这次上课前刚刚得知了很不好的消息，但是能够坚持上好课，做得好！

本堂课课本：4C

本堂课话题：Mama’s boy

学习到的词汇：Cowardly, indulge in, uppermost, stern, rebuke, shield, maternal, paternal, daughter-in-low, do sb wrong(新学的词汇)

(复习的词汇): Annual, dutiful, chief, primary, lean, compose, suggest, tutor, revolutionary, mature, arrogant

学习到的短语和句型：weak-kneed, be dependent on, be uppermost in my mind, stern father, maternal relative , the mainstay of, daughter-in-law, do sb wrong

本节课的收获：说话非常流利，预习充分，所以能说出自己想说的东西，并使用比较好的词汇，查询词汇是够了，但是表达时候不会很急躁，回答问题能够get到点了，条理逐渐清晰。自己比较满意，要一直这样才不会浪费钱呀！

不足：对于一些词语要使用还是有难度，比如“暗示”，“自负”，“伟大的”这样一些比较简答的词汇，还是要想挺久或者用电子词典查询。要多用，而且要复习。

还有，四级将近，一定要抓紧背词汇和练听力了。听力的news部分比较糟糕，注意用语速较快，不是那么正式清晰的新闻报道。
