1. Look at the job’s specifications. Before you go into theinterview, look carefully at the description of the job,particularly the words used by your potential employers to describetheir ideal candidate. Then, think about how you fulfil thesecriteria and plan to implement these within your answers.
首先，了解所应聘职位的具体要求。在面试之前，应尽可能地了解你所应聘职位的工作内容及工作所具备的性格特质，再认真思考如何将这些信息与自己的答案相结合来得到面试官的认可。

2. Provide examples and link things clearly. Try to answer theinterviewer’s questions with examples and make three or four pointsfor each answer. Also, prepare links between the points to showthat you understand what you have done in the past and how this cancontribute towards future success.

在回答面试官的问题时，应提供事例并且环环相联。尽量给出三到四个要点，将这些要点关联起来使面试官了解你过去的工作业绩，同时也展示出你的能力给以后的工作带来的成功可能性。

3. Turn negatives into positives. Sometimes you will be askedabout challenging situations and times you felt stressed. Try todescribe these things in a positive way by focusing on the thingsyou have learned and gained from the experience and reflecting onwhat could be improved for next time.

化消极为积极。在面试中常常会被问到一些有挑战的问题，尝试用积极的方式回答问题，比如从之前经验中吸取教训以及在未来如何得到改进。
